Catapulta hosts a series of ongoing activities for its members that offer continuous engagement with the contemporary Spanish art scene. Some of the cultural activities will include meet-ups with contemporary artists in their studios, behind-the-scenes visits to major institutions, and special talks and gatherings with acclaimed curators. We organize be-spoke trips and visits to museums, galleries, and cultural centers both within Spain and internationally, facilitating direct engagements/conversations with diverse art professionals to foster a deeper appreciation for the Spanish contemporary art landscape.

Catapulta Walks at ARCOmadrid
For the second consecutive year at ARCOmadrid, Catapulta organizes the Catapulta Walks, exclusive gallery tours for collectors, aimed at presenting the work of some of the most relevant figures of the new Spanish contemporary art scene.
The visits will be guided by the curators:

She has curated exhibitions for institutions such as La Casa Encendida, the Julia Stoschek Foundation, and the Schinkel Pavillon, and has collaborated as a researcher and writer with the Venice Biennale and Tate Modern. She is currently a professor at CIS University.
Eugenia Pacheco Aísa, art historian and cultural professional with training in classical archaeology and contemporary art history. She holds a master’s degree from University College London and has worked at David Zwirner (London), where she was involved in artist management, exhibition development, and art fair production.
